The predator print by Ash Thorp is pretty ghastly. While it doesn’t feature former governor AAH-Nald, a fan of the movie and a fan of monsters in general will like this on their wall. It may not be a welcoming guest piece, so of course it belongs in a spare bedroom to give them night terrors. Or a better place would be heading the dinning room, if you’re that kind of person. Either way, thumbs up on the visceral detail and the rich red background.
Prometheus is a movie that is terribly confused, but has great intentions. It even has some great moments, but plot holes can be picked apart a hundred times over. That said, it is without a doubt one of the most visually striking horror/sci-fi films of late. If the conversation is centered on the film’s art, then it is inarguably about the beautiful, thoughtful way the Prometheus world is presented. This haunting print from the mind of JC Richard echoes that sentiment quite well, and would pretty much fit into any decorative scheme (if you’re a cool person/collector). It’s a great conversation piece, and evokes a lot of strange mystery.
The Thing by Jock is such a strong piece that it almost looks wet. This is a must own for fans of the color red, and those who enjoy a wet looking print. Oh, and I guess it’d help if you were a fan of horror master John Carpenter’s The Thing.
